Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise answering all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
  • Advise performing cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
  • Manage to maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • Direct to track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
  • Lead conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to identify new business opportunities for Wireline Business
  • Address and resolve disputes with key customers to ensure retention of Wireline market share and increase profitability.
  • Provide consultation and advice to Wireline Business customers to identify relevant solutions and position APC favorably.
  • Participate in Business budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
  • Ensure effective utilization of the Sales budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
  • Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for APC and mitigates financial and operational risks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in Wireline operations.
  • Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
