Job Title: Workforce Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Workforce Manager to join our team at 4Level1. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring optimal workforce planning, efficient resource allocation, and seamless operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Capacity Planning:
o Review capacity plans to determine the manpower requirements for each department, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand workload fluctuations and adjust staffing needs accordingly.
· Forecasting and Strategic Planning:
o Perform forecasting for new branches, determining staffing and resource needs to support expansion plans.
o Develop headcount projections for various roles, including:
· Seating and Space Management:
o Design and execute seating plans for the operations team to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
· Hiring Coordination:
o Prepare and send hiring requests to the HR team based on approved manpower plans.
o Monitor hiring progress to ensure timely onboarding of required staff.
· Student Distribution Management:
o Develop and implement efficient plans for student distribution across lectures, ensuring balanced class sizes and optimal learning environments.
· Workforce Optimization:
o Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in workforce allocation.
o Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
· Resource Planning:
o Oversee resource allocation, including scheduling and ensuring proper availability of facilities, equipment, and staff.
o Work closely with IT and facilities teams to ensure readiness of all operational resources.
· Performance Monitoring:
o Track key workforce performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on resource utilization and operational efficiency.
· Collaboration and Communication:
o Serve as a liaison between operations, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth workforce management processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, plan, and optimize resources effectively.
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Proficiency in workforce management tools and software.
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
· Knowledge of operational requirements in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
