Workforce Analyst

We're Hiring: WFM Analyst L2

Join our team and help drive workforce planning, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze workforce and operational data to improve efficiency and performance.

Support workforce planning, forecasting, and resource optimization.

Collaborate with Operations, HR, and IT teams to implement WFM solutions.

Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

Provide support and training on WFM tools and best practices.

Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative workforce management solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and information security standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

English proficiency (B2 level or higher).

2+ years of experience in workforce management.

Hands-on experience with Alvaria/Aspect is a must.

Experience with SQL, BI tools, or WFM software is an advantage.
