This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist - Arabic Speaker located in Abu Dhabi. The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting performance reviews, managing performance improvement programs, and providing ongoing support to employees to enhance their performance. The role will also involve analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and working closely with management to align performance management practices with company goals.

• Proficiency in Performance Appraisal, Performance Management, and Program Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience working in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
