Workplace Hospitality & Experience Supervisor
Role Purpose
To oversee and enhance hospitality services across all facilities, ensuring high service standards for employees, management, and VIP visitors while managing vendor performance and overall workplace experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all office boy services across facilities to ensure professional grooming, discipline, and consistent hospitality standards for employees, management, and VIP visitors.
- Oversee pantry operations, including hot and cold beverages, ensuring quality, proper storage, service standards, and efficient consumption management.
- Ensure premium hospitality support for management, VIP visitors, and employees in line with corporate expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate FM vendor performance, including hospitality manpower, SLAs, and KPIs, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and daily briefings to reinforce service quality, behavior standards, and responsiveness.
- Oversee cafeteria operations across all locations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, safety, and overall service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations through inspections and coordination with vendors.
- Gather employee feedback on hospitality and cafeteria services and implement improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience.
- Manage the monthly pop-up café program, including vendor coordination, setup, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections across all facilities focusing on hospitality areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, ambiance, and a comfortable working environment, while maintaining high standards at VIP areas, entrances, meeting rooms, and parking areas; prepare structured inspection reports and proactively follow up on all identified action points with relevant stakeholders until full closure.
- Manage complaints, incidents, and service escalations while supporting cost optimization and efficient resource utilization; review and validate contractor invoices, service reports, and contract compliance prior to payment approvals; and oversee the quality and suitability of consumables and soft items across facilities.
- Maintain and manage hospitality-related asset registers (home appliances, kitchenware, furniture), including tracking, inventory control, storage, maintenance, and movement coordination.
- Coordinate and supervise furniture movements, rearrangements, and setup requirements across facilities.
Preferred Experience (5–8 years minimum)
- Corporate Facilities Management (Soft Services)
- 4- or 5-star hotel operations (supervisory level)
- Large corporate office or business park hospitality supervision, including VIP and executive-level support
- Catering or multi-site cafeteria operations management
- Experience in high-profile customer interaction and service environments
Education & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
- Experience with ERP and CAFM systems is preferred
