Workshop Engineer (Diesel Engines & Heavy Vehicles / Buses)
- Supervise maintenance and repair activities for diesel engines, heavy trucks, and large buses.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies inside the workshop.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.
- Lead and train technicians to improve technical performance and work quality.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on maintenance activities and vehicle conditions.
- Monitor fuel efficiency and provide recommendations for improving fleet performance.
- Support in overhauling engines, gearboxes, and major components.
- Communicate with the operations department to prioritize urgent repairs and maintain fleet readiness.
