Job Title: Workshop Engineer Company: Kasrawy Group Location: 6th of October City, Egypt Contract Details: Full-time Kasrawy Group is a leading engineering and construction company based in 6th of October City, Egypt. We are currently seeking a skilled Workshop Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition and meeting safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling and assigning tasks to technicians and mechanics
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are in good working condition and meeting safety standards
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery as needed
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
- Train and mentor technicians and mechanics to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and analyze workshop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all workshop activities and expenses
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of workshop management and maintenance processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
