Workspace ONE Administrator (L2)

This role is strictly for candidates with real, production Workspace ONE experience.
If you have not administered Workspace ONE at scale, this role is not a fit.
We are hiring an endpoint-focused IT Administrator who has spent at least 2+ years actively managing Workspace ONE environments in enterprise production. This is not a general IT support role, it is a Workspace ONE role. You will be responsible for designing, operating, and improving a mature WS1 ecosystem across macOS and Windows fleets.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer Workspace ONE UEM in a live enterprise environment
- Build and maintain WS1 profiles, compliance policies, and device baselines
- Manage WS1 application packaging, deployment, and patch lifecycle
- Operate identity integrations, SSO workflows, and access controls
- Work directly with OAuth, SAML, and modern identity federation
- Drive zero-touch provisioning and automated enrollment pipelines
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and enrollment failures
- Monitor compliance, encryption, and device security posture
- Create operational SOPs and technical runbooks
- Act as escalation for advanced endpoint incidents
- Identify systemic issues and implement permanent WS1-driven fixes
- Lead rollout and refresh projects
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on Workspace ONE UEM administration
- Proven experience with WS1 apps, policies, profiles, compliance, and patching
- Strong experience with SSO, OAuth, SAML, and enterprise identity ecosystems
- Strong scripting/automation skills (Shell / PowerShell)
- Deep macOS and Windows troubleshooting capability
- Experience operating WS1 in production, not lab/test only
- Ability to document architecture and operational processes clearly
- Independent problem solver with strong technical judgment
Candidates without direct Workspace ONE experience will not be considered.
Dubai-based candidates preferred. Immediate availability or start in March is strongly preferred.
