Overview

The WPS Sales Specialist will aggressively drive client acquisition for BOTIM's Salary Card solution, focusing primarily on maximizing the number of new corporate signups and employee card issuances. This role is laser-focused on conversion metrics, targeting businesses seeking a convenient payroll management system with zero registration fees.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)

o Acquiring new corporate clients for BOTIM Salary Card through aggressive outreach and sales tactics

o Meet or exceed monthly targets for new BOTIM card sign-ups

o Develop and execute high-volume prospecting strategies to fill the sales pipeline

o Convert leads from ultraBOTIM.com/business into paying corporate clients with BOTIM Salary cards

Card Activation Maximization

o Ensure corporate successfully implement and activate BOTIM Salary Cards for their employees

o Drive employee enrollment through corporate HR departments

o Provide corporate clients with effective onboarding materials to maximize employee adoption

o Follow up systematically to ensure card activation rates meet targets

Revenue Generation

o Prioritize high-employee-count businesses to maximize card volume per deal

o Leverage zero registration fees and simplified onboarding as key selling points

o Cross-sell additional BOTIM financial services to increase revenue per account

Deal Closing

o Execute a high-volume, high-velocity sales approach focused on quick conversions

o Remove barriers to adoption by highlighting the 35-day card delivery timeframe

o Drive urgency in the sales process to achieve rapid client acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

2+ years of high-volume B2B sales experience, preferably with proven WPS client acquisition results

Experience selling to HR and finance departments

Strong closing skills and hunter mentality

Familiarity with UAE WPS (Wage Protection System) an advantage

Track record of consistently exceeding new client acquisition targets

Key Performance Indicators:

BOTIM Salary Card Client Acquisition: Number of new BOTIM salary cards onboard monthly (primary KPI)

Monthly target: 1,500 new BOTIM Salary cards issued per month (first 2 months), scaling to 3,000 monthly thereafter

Card Activation Rate: Ensure percentage of issued cards successfully activated and used within 60 days of card issuance.

Sales Cycle Length: Average time from lead to corporate signup

Evaluation cycle: 90-days.

Sales incentives: Eligible for exceeding client acquisition and salary credit.

This role is heavily weighed up toward new client acquisition metrics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-volume sales conversion and be motivated by aggressive acquisition targets.
