Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The individual will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, marketing available properties, evaluating client requirements, and facilitating property negotiations while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. The role requires understanding client needs, offering expert advice, and building strong relationships within the real estate market.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real estate regulations.
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property processes and market trends.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in real estate is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided for those new to the field.
