Position: ZOHO DEVELOPER

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to design, implement, and maintain custom solutions across the Zoho suite of applications with a strong focus on Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation, integration, and data visualization.

Knowledge of Facebook Ad Campaigns and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is essential for effectively managing data-driven marketing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics.
• Build and maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Integrate and manage Facebook Ad Campaign and Google Ads data feeds within Zoho Analytics or CRM
• Implement and maintain Deluge scripts, custom functions, and workflow automations across Zoho applications.
• Create and manage API integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms (e.g., marketing, finance, or ERP tools).
• Use Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for data preparation, reporting, and cross-platform analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize Zoho applications to ensure smooth performance and data accuracy.
• Stay informed on Zoho updates, recommending new features or best practices to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Essential:

• 24 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Analytics for report building, data modelling, and automation.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, and Zoho CRM customization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow integrations.
• Proven ability to manage and analyze data using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Familiarity with Facebook Ad Campaigns, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

• Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer, Zoho Analytics Certified Professional).
• Experience integrating marketing and advertising data into CRM and analytics environments.
• Knowledge of Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, or Zoho Books.
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for front-end customization.
