Job Title: Zoho CRM & Systems Integration Expert

Job Overview:
UniHawk is looking for a skilled Zoho CRM & Systems Integration Expert to design, customize, and optimize our business workflows across the Zoho ecosystem. The role involves integrating lead management, sales, operations, and finance processes across multiple regions, ensuring full automation, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated workflows across Zoho CRM, Books, Campaigns, Flow, Analytics, and Creator.
- Integrate lead generation, deal management, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Customize systems for multi-country operations with different tax and currency rules.
- Build dashboards and reports for CAC, LTV, conversions, and sales performance.
- Align Zoho Books with accounting standards and automate invoicing and reporting.
- Conduct user training and ensure consistent system adoption across teams.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (dialers, WhatsApp, payment gateways, etc.).
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Zoho One / Zoho CRM implementation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Analytics, and Creator.
- Experience in multi-country setups (taxation, roles, currency).
- Analytical mindset with understanding of sales, marketing, and finance workflows.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or multi-country operations.
