Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with a strong background in developing workflows, custom applications, and integrations across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One applications, with the ability to design scalable solutions that streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom modules, fields, workflows, and reports in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Build and optimize Deluge scripts to automate processes and create custom functionalities.
- Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator to address business-specific requirements.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Zoho implementations.
- Ensure best practices in data security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho One).
- Strong expertise in Zoho workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API-based integrations.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
