Zoho HRMS and Zoho Creator Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Zoho HAMS and Zoho Creator Specialist with more than 4 years of hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho HRMS and Creator applications to support our business processes and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, customize, and deploy solutions in Zoho HRMS to streamline HR functions (employee onboarding, payroll, performance management, leave & attendance, etc.).

Develop and maintain Zoho Creator apps to automate workflows, improve productivity, and integrate with other Zoho and third-party applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Create and manage workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.

Stay updated with the latest Zoho updates and best practices to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Zoho HRMS and Zoho Creator. Strong knowledge of Zoho ecosystem Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, etc.).

Experience vith Deluge scripting for Zoho Creator.

Ability to integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms using APls. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

Experience with other Zoho apps CRM, Projects, etc.).

Prior experience in HR technology implementation.
