Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Cairo for a full-time on-site position. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, ensuring exceptional customer service, conducting market research, negotiating offers, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role requires prospecting, arranging property viewings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the real estate market in Egypt.

Qualifications

Proven experience and skills in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate market operations
Possession of a valid Real Estate License or relevant certifications
Strong Customer Service and Sales abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Cairo real estate market and ability to perform market research
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Proficiency in negotiation strategies and closing deals effectively
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred for dealing with diverse clients
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Real Estate, Business, or Marketing
