We are looking for a passionate and detail-focused 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise and high-quality 3D models using Blender, Fusion 360, and Rhino
- Prepare 3D printable files with accurate measurements and tolerances
- Develop files for laser cutting and work with Adobe Illustrator
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and follow established workflows
- Communicate confidently with customers to understand and execute design requirements
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Handle multiple tasks while working under pressure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience as a 3D Designer or similar role
- Strong skills in 3D Modeling using Blender (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Fusion 360 and Rhino
- Experience creating 3D printable files
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and laser cut file preparation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Background in Architecture or architectural design preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow structured processes
- Confident communication skills, especially when dealing with customers
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- 3D Rendering and Animation experience is a plus
- Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
- Important
- The designer must have a strong passion for creating designs with maximum detail and precision
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and in a fast-paced environment is essential

- Open to fresh graduates and experienced designers
- Candidates currently in Ajman or willing to relocate to Ajman are preferred
