3PL & Ops Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a 3PL & Ops Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, with some flexibility for remote work. The 3PL & Ops Manager will oversee third-party logistics operations, manage supply chain activities; Contracting, Routing, Manage several 3PL and optimize the operation and ensure seamless coordination between Clients and end user. Core responsibilities include Standardize process and procedures, increase successful deliveries and reduce returned, optimizing processes, analyzing operational performance, and building strong relationships with logistics partners. The manager will also drive strategic improvements in efficiency and cost optimization, contributing to overall operational success and improving the system to adopt agility and customer requirments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Startup
• Logistics, supply chain management, and third-party logistics (3PL) experience
• Operations analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning skills
• Vendor and partner relationship management expertise
• Proficient in data analytics and performance measurement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency with logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
• Experience working in hybrid work environments and flexibility in managing on-site and remote tasks
