As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a National Head of Aftersales in one of our newest divisions in KSA, Arabian Frontier Company – MHERO & VOYAH. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll do

  • Lead National Aftersales Strategy: Develop and execute the aftersales strategy for Mhero and Voyah across KSA, focusing on service excellence, parts logistics, warranty management, and customer retention to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee Operations & Network Development: Manage daily workshop operations, parts supply chains, and service quality. Drive the expansion and development of the aftersales network to ensure comprehensive market coverage and brand representation.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Own the aftersales P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Implement pricing strategies and resource allocation to maximize margins while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Lead & Develop Teams: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing aftersales team across the network. Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and customer-centricity.
  • Drive Customer Experience & Compliance: Champion a premium customer service experience for both brands. Ensure strict adherence to OEM guidelines, warranty procedures, and safety standards while utilizing feedback systems to continuously improve satisfaction.

Who you are

  • Aftersales Expert in KSA: You possess deep knowledge of the KSA automotive aftersales landscape, including dealership operations, supply chain logistics, and local regulatory requirements, specifically within the passenger vehicle segment.
  • Strategic & Financial Leader: You have a proven track record of managing P&L, developing long-term strategies, and driving profitability in a multi-brand or multi-branch aftersales environment.
  • Operationally Excellent: You are skilled in optimizing workshop efficiency, inventory turnover, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • A People & Culture Builder: You excel at leading diverse teams, providing coaching, and driving performance through clear KPIs. You are adept at change management and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Customer & Data-Driven: You leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, resolve operational bottlenecks, and consistently deliver a superior customer journey that aligns with premium brand standards.
