Act as a subject matter expert for accessories selection, fitment, customer consultation, and product training.
Support workshops and showrooms in technical and commercial decisions to maximize conversion and maintain brand
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend correct accessories based on model fitment, compatibility, and customer needs.
- Support sales and service advisors with product knowledge and pricing queries.
- Ensure correct installation standards and provide technician guidance when needed.
- Conduct product demonstrations, catalog training, and feature-benefit selling techniques.
- Review technical bulletins, compatibility updates, and product revisions.
- Audit branch display, tools, fitment readiness, and customer-facing presentation.
- Provide feedback on product performance, warranty claims, and improvement requests
