Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Director Influencer Marketing to lead strategic client partnerships and deliver best-in-class influencer programs across premium brands. This role requires a senior leader who can combine strategic thinking, client advisory, creator partnerships, and team leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the senior strategic lead and primary client contact for influencer marketing programs, ensuring trusted, proactive, and solution-driven partnerships.
  • Leads the development of integrated influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, and measurable KPIs.
  • Owns senior relationships with top-tier creators, talent agencies, and platform partners to unlock high-impact and exclusive opportunities.
  • Oversees influencer selection, negotiations, contracts, and costings, ensuring value, compliance, and optimal budget use.
  • Guides creative ideation and content strategy, balancing brand requirements with authentic creator storytelling.
  • Leads campaign execution and performance oversight, translating data into clear insights, ROI, and optimization recommendations.
  • Manages and mentors influencer teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear delegation, and timely execution.
  • Partners closely with senior internal teams (creative, social, digital) to deliver integrated and amplified campaigns.
  • Provides senior counsel on influencer risk, reputation management, and crisis response.
  • Supports business growth through pitch leadership, strategic proposals, and expansion of existing client accounts.
