Account Executive

Role Description

Indus Real Estate is looking for an Account Executive to join our team immediately. This full-time, on-site role is suited for accounting professionals with experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records within a structured business environment.

The role supports the finance department in managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures, and assisting with reporting requirements.

Location: Al Sharafi Building, Bur Dubai, Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting documentation.
• Prepare and review financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles is a must.
• Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a structured work environment.
