Account Executive — Real Estate / PropTech (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Tenex | Riyadh, KSA | Full-Time, On-Site/Remote Hybrid

We're Tenex — a PropTech solution that helps Real Estate and Property Management companies run their entire operation: tenant experience, tenant contracts, lead management, financials, collections, service requests, gate security, facility management, and more.

Our customers process hundreds of thousands of service requests, and guest invitations, contracts, and payment collections monthly through our solution.

We are not a rent collection tool. We're a Property Operations & Tenant Experience Solution — and we are looking for someone in Riyadh who can take it to the next 20 customers.

The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for the KSA market — from qualified discovery to demo to close. You'll work with named accounts, not cold lists. We've done the research: we know exactly who our ICP is,but we expect you to leverage your own network and proactively bring in targeted accounts. What we need is someone able to meet clients in person in Riyadh, someone who can open doors and close deals.

What you'll do:

  • Own a pipeline of 50-100 named accounts (Compound Operators, Property Management Companies, Developers, FM companies)
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and proposal presentations — mostly face-to-face in Riyadh
  • Navigate complex organizations to reach General Managers, Operations Directors, and Board Chairs
  • Work with our SDR team to convert qualified leads into demos and demos into paying customers
  • Attend industry events (Cityscape, PropTech Summit) to build relationships
  • Feed back competitive intelligence and market insights to shape our product and strategy

Who You Are

Must have:

  • Able to work in Riyadh / travel regularly within Riyadh.
  • Fluent Arabic and strong business English required
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in KSA — you have experience selling into the Saudi market
  • Experience in at least one of: real estate, property management, facility management, PropTech, or SaaS
  • You have a network in the Saudi real estate or compound management space — or know how to build one fast

Great to have:

  • Previously worked in compound operations, FM, or property management (you know the buyer's world firsthand)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, ABM-style selling
  • Sold to gated communities, residential compounds, or housing operators
  • Existing relationships with developers, FM companies, or compound operators in KSA
