About the Role
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or solutions.
- Convert inquiries into sales by clearly communicating the value of our offerings.
- Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement with potential customers.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or any customer-facing role.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
