About the Role

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or solutions.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by clearly communicating the value of our offerings.
  • Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement with potential customers.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or any customer-facing role.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
