noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

As a key member of the Noon Ads Sales team, you will be working on helping build and take to market a suite of extremely exciting and innovative mobile advertising solutions for brands. Advertising business is one of the core pillars and hence a primary focus area for noon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively coordinate with the onsite team, creative team and other teams within noon to enable brand campaigns
  • Work closely with the commercial team to understand the media plan and KPIs of a campaign
  • Work with Ad ops to ensure execution of campaign is inline with the media plan
  • Ensure business health by client servicing. Responsibilities will include client reports, billing closures and collections
  • Build insights and optimize campaigns to improve delivery and ensure repeat business

What you'll need:

  • Bachelors in Business Management and/or Marketing or a related field
  • Work experience in Digital Marketing such as running online ad sales, media buying, business development, performance marketing
  • Minimum work experience : 1-2 years
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
