Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in an for a Surgical Account Manager. The role involves managing client accounts within the surgical vertical, building relationships with healthcare professionals, fostering customer engagement, and promoting Biotech Healthcare's products. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing product education and training to clients, identifying customer needs, and ensuring seamless post-sales support. The Surgical Account Manager will also participate in product demonstrations and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship skills, with a proven track record in sales and meeting targets
  • Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products, particularly within ophthalmology or surgical equipment domains
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Relevant experience in the medical or pharma sales industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or other related fields
  • Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory
