Role Objective

To manage and grow key client accounts in the IT sector, deliver tailored technology solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets while overseeing financial performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key IT clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized IT solutions (cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, managed services).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, implementation, and support teams for successful solution delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and channels to expand sales in the assigned territory.
  • Utilize CRM systems such as Odoo for lead, opportunity, and deal management.
  • Promote the company and its services within the region.
  • Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement procedures to maximize efficiency and standardization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Sales, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or solution selling in the IT sector.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written, professional style).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Owns a private car and is willing to travel when needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to present complex IT solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Odoo crm.
