Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing and executing account strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales, Account Management, or Business Development experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deadlines
• Experience in the Education or Technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
