Job Description

The Account Manager - Mid-Market is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market clients by delivering ZainTECH's ICT and digital solutions portfolio. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through consultative selling across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business and technology needs
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure continued value realization for customers

ICT & Digital Solutions Expertise

  • Develop a strong understanding of ZainTECH's portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital solutions
  • Work with clients to align technology solutions with their business objectives and operational needs
  • Collaborate with technical and presales teams to position integrated solutions across multiple service areas

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
  • Support pipeline development through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Contribute to account planning and growth strategies for assigned clients
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations aligned with customer requirements and business outcomes
  • Participate in client meetings, events, and engagements to strengthen relationships and generate opportunities

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with product, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and execution
  • Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs
  • Manage and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams to maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities and opportunities within CRM systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within ICT or technology sectors
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer accounts
  • Good understanding of ICT solutions including Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Cybersecurity, Data and analytics, and Digital transformation solutions
  • Proven ability to drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience working with major ICT and cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data management, networking, and digital transformation best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
