Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager with at least one year of experience in a marketing agency. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with assigned clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media) to execute client requirements.
- Follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare client reports, updates, and meeting summaries.
- Handle client feedback and ensure proper implementation.
- Support account planning and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a marketing agency.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site and handle multiple accounts.
- Client-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Experience with client presentations or reports.
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs.
