Role Description The Account Manager role at Orman English School is a full-time, on-site position based in 6th of October. The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with students, families, and institutional partners, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, following up on admissions and enrollment processes, coordinating fee collection and payment follow-up, and maintaining accurate records in school systems. The role also involves preparing regular reports on account status, supporting retention initiatives, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to resolve issues promptly. The Account Manager is expected to contribute to process improvements and uphold the school's standards of service and professionalism.

- Solid organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple accounts, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or student information systems, email and reporting tools).
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and improving processes.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in 6th of October and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented school environment.
