About the Role

The Technical Account Manager (AM) at T2.sa is a pivotal role responsible for driving both new business acquisition and the strategic management of existing client relationships within the Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) sectors. This position demands a unique blend of technical acumen, sales proficiency, and exceptional relationship management skills. The AM will serve as the primary technical liaison between T2.sa and its clients, ensuring the optimal utilization of T2.sa's innovative software solutions, while proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and market penetration in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition (Hunting)
  • Strategic Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects through market analysis, networking, and understanding of regional digital transformation initiatives.
  • Technical Consultative Selling: Delivering compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations for T2.sa's solutions such as Ole5 (government correspondence), RiCH (enterprise communication), tailored to address specific client challenges.
  • RFP/RFQ Management: Leading the technical response to complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), particularly within the stringent public sector procurement frameworks, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify untapped market segments and develop effective entry strategies for T2.sa's diverse product portfolio.

  • Strategic Account Stewardship (Farming)
  • Relationship Cultivation: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives in B2B organizations and high-level officials within government agencies.
  • Client Success & Retention: Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction with T2.sa's products (e.g., Msegat, Availo, SouqT2, Sigma S) to secure contract renewals and drive product adoption.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to introduce additional T2.sa solutions or enhanced features that align with the client's evolving technical and business needs.
  • Technical Advocacy: Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices for product utilization, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating closely with T2.sa's product development and support teams.

  • Sector-Specific Operational Focus
  • The AM will adeptly navigate the distinct operational landscapes of the B2B and B2G sectors, adapting strategies to meet unique requirements.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications and Professional Competencies
  • Professional Experience and Technical Proficiency: Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in technical sales or account management, with a demonstrable track record of success in both B2B and B2G environments, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market. A profound understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital security, communication platforms, or related technical domains is essential. Experience with government contracting, procurement cycles, and compliance standards relevant to the region is highly valued.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Exceptional communication skills are paramount, enabling the AM to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from technical specialists to executive leadership. The ability to craft compelling proposals, negotiate intricate contracts, and build consensus among multiple stakeholders is critical. Strong analytical capabilities are required for market trend analysis, sales forecasting, and performance metric evaluation to inform strategic account planning.

  • Educational Background
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related technical field is required.
