This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Dubai. The Accountant will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and oversee daily transactions. Responsibilities include account reconciliations, budget and expense monitoring, tax filing, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to improve financial processes and systems and providing financial insights for decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage and organize financial data
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry or similar sector is a plus
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
