Job Description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Booking GL transactions i.e. accruals, adjusting entries, etc.
  • Processing of accounts payables and payments to suppliers
  • Processing of employee reimbursements and cash advances
  • Performing intercompany reconciliations
  • Handling and booking of fixed assets, depreciation, etc.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements Balance sheet/Profit and Loss
  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
  • Prepare tax documents
  • Compile and analyze financial statements
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
  • Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Qualifications

  • Full Time Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from any European University
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
