Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Updating general ledgers transactions.
- Updating accounts payable transactions.
- Updating accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely bank statement.
- BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) Month wise.
- Prepare inventory report on Monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly Basis after verifying inventory.
- Identify bad Debts in Customer and Update Management for Necessary Action.
- Compute Taxes and Prepare Tax Returns.
- Submitting Quarterly Tax Returns.
- Processing Tax Payments and Returns.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements like cash flow statement, Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet.
- Documentation financial transactions.
- Handle Monthly, Quarterly and annual closings.
- Follow Government rules for account transactions.
- Analysis accounts ledger and update adjustments.
- Updating fixed assets & depreciation calculations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an accountant.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Good communication skills.
