Role Description

This is a full-time Accountant role based on-site in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing tax filings, working closely with management for budgeting and forecasting, and providing strategic financial advice to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll processing, and tax laws or regulations.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial documentation and reports.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Experience in the financial sector or familiarity with regional markets in the UAE is an advantage.
