Accountant

We're a fast-growing startup operating across UAE, MENA & US markets, looking for a hands-on Accountant to own cash flow forecasting, P&L accuracy, and financial discipline in a lean, high-growth team.

What you'll do:

Build 812 week cash flow forecasts

Own P&L accuracy & GL in Xero

Manage AR, AP & payment runs

Support payroll, audits & UAE/UK tax

Report directly to founders

What we need:

5 years experience (startup/tech preferred)

Strong cash forecasting skills

Solid P&L vs balance sheet understanding

Mandatory: Xero experience

Strong Excel / Google Sheets
