We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Accountant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to support financial operations across our multi-brand luxury retail business. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge along with a recognized qualification such as CMA or ACCA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end closing
- Maintain and optimize accounting processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations
- Handle inventory accounting and cost tracking (critical for retail environment)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate teams
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense controls
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
- Professional certification: CMA or ACCA (mandatory/preferred)
- 3–6 years of accounting experience (preferably in retail, luxury, or F&B sectors)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance module)
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, VAT, and compliance in UAE
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-store retail environments
- Exposure to inventory-heavy businesses
- Familiarity with ERP integrations and automation
