We are a leading Fresh Produce Exporting company based in Cairo, Egypt, committed to delivering quality fruits and vegetables to markets worldwide. As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join our finance team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the agricultural or export industry.

- At least 5years experience

- At least 2years experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting system

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with Egyptian tax regulations is a plus.

Job Description:

As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

- Financial Recording: Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.

- Invoicing and Credit Notes: Issue invoices and credit notes to clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

- Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on payments with clients, maintaining positive relationships and resolving any payment discrepancies.

- Supplier Bills: Receive and check bills from suppliers, verifying accuracy and completeness.

- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support management decisions.

- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors on financial matters.
