Job Title: Financial Consultant / Accountant
Location: UAE (preferably Dubai)
Type: Full-time
We are looking for an all-round Financial Consultant / Accountant with a proven track record in the UAE. You will handle day-to-day financial operations with a strong focus on credit/debit management, invoicing and UAE tax compliance (corporate tax and VAT). The role is 5 days per week on location
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable (credit and debit management)
- Prepare, issue and follow up on customer invoices
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations and basic reporting
- Work with Coupa for P2P / invoicing and approvals
- Handle UAE tax-related activities:
- support in corporate tax calculations / data preparation
- assist with VAT checks (where applicable) and documentation
- coordinate with external accountants / tax advisors where needed
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with UAE regulations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, management) on billing and payment status
Requirements
- 23 years experience in a financial / accounting role in the UAE
- Solid experience in credit control, debit management and invoicing
- Hands-on experience with Coupa (must)
- Exposure to UAE corporate tax and/or VAT processes (filings, data prep, compliance)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good Excel skills and sound understanding of accounting principles
- Proactive, accurate and comfortable chasing payments in a professional way
