About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be based in the UAE and fluent in Arabic and English. Experience with the Falcon Accounting System will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in preparing VAT returns and other statutory filings in compliance with UAE regulations
- Collaborate with management to ensure efficient financial operations and data accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 24 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic (required) and proficiency in English
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of Falcon Accounting System is an advantage
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
