Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing debt collection, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The specialist will also collaborate with multiple departments to resolve billing discrepancies, ensure timely payments, and provide excellent customer service when addressing billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance-related functions such as invoicing and account reconciliation.
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and managing financial transactions.
• Experience in Debt Collection and the ability to handle overdue accounts effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
