We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain order in daily office operations
- Manage documents and files (nothing gets lost)
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Support the team with administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Assist with onboarding and basic HR tasks
- Follow established procedures and checklists
Requirements:
- Experience as an administrator or office manager
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks consistently
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable with routine and structured work
- Fluency in Russian and Arabic is an advantage.
