Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrator located in Giza. The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, scheduling, file management, and supporting executive staff. The role requires efficient communication, phone handling, and organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations and effective coordination within the team.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, such as scheduling meetings and supporting executives
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Working knowledge of office software applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is beneficial
