Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, managing schedules, maintaining records, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations. Additional tasks include managing phone correspondence and providing executive-level assistance where required.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills to manage daily office tasks efficiently and ensure workflow organization
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle internal and external correspondence professionally
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Previous administrative or related experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
