Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day clerical and administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, handling calls and emails, and supporting executive-level staff. In addition, the role involves maintaining clear communication internally, assisting in event coordination, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management abilities
  • Proficient in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Adaptable to a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in an educational or tech-related organization is a plus
