Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include providing executive-level support, answering and managing phone calls, coordinating communications, and performing clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to effectively manage schedules, organize documents, and handle routine office tasks
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to ensure professional and clear interactions with clients, team members, and external contacts
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing executive schedules and correspondence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with office software and tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email clients
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
