We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Office Manager and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative, operational, and real estate-related tasks across the business.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, structure, and reliability. You will play a key role in maintaining systems, managing documentation, supporting listings and CRM data, and ensuring administrative workflows are completed efficiently and on time.
General & Office Administration
Provide daily administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team
Handle document preparation, filing, scanning, data entry, and record management
Assist with scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Real Estate Administration
Upload and manage property listings across all required portals
Update pricing, availability, descriptions, and media
Ensure listings meet compliance, branding, and quality standards
Coordinate with brokers to collect missing information and track listing expiries
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, listings, and deals
Identify and correct missing, duplicated, or inaccurate data
Support system upkeep, tagging, and data improvements
Operational Support
Assist with reports, trackers, spreadsheets, and onboarding tasks
Support internal communication and coordination with external vendors when required
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to administrative workflows
Support operational projects, system upgrades, and training initiatives

Location & Compensation
Based in Dubai (in-office, 5 days per week)
Salary: AED TBC per annum
