Job Title: Admin Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 12 years of experience to support daily office operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and maintain efficient office procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare, format, and file documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office events
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Support basic HR and finance administration (attendance, invoices, data entry) as required
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 12 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Basic knowledge of HR or accounting processes
