Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, organizing records, maintaining office supplies, and providing clerical support. The role also involves assistance in the coordination of meetings, preparation of reports, and ensuring smooth office operations. A professional and organized approach is essential to excel in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, record management, and office supply management
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, as well as correspondence management
- Ability to assist with report preparation, data entry, and document organization
- Proficiency in basic office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting office operations
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, is a plus
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
